The general terms and conditions [AGB] of the Glecksteinhütte come into force with each reservation.
The most important thing about the reservation
Are you aware that the hut path is only suitable for people with a head for heights?
Keep your reservation up to date. We expect exactly the number of people registered.
If vegetarian dinner is desired or if there are intolerances, we urgently need to know this beforehand.
Dogs can only stay with us by prior arrangement. They are kept on a leash during the entire stay.
Forgot login data of the online reservation? Contact us by phone, we can access your reservation at any time!
We serve dinner at 6.30 p.m. If you are experiencing a delay, we ask you to inform us immediately by phone.
Please don't forget to pack a silk or linen sleeping bag.
The most important thing about cancellation
Cancellations must be made by 10 a.m. on the day of arrival no later than the cancellation deadline. For groups of 8 or more, no later than the evening before at 8 p.m. (Cancellations for the same day always by phone!)
If the weather, the weather development, the weather forecast, the conditions, etc. are uncertain, contact us by phone until the cancellation deadline (NO emails, NO SMS, NO smoke signals ...!) And we will discuss the further procedure.
If you do not cancel or we do not hear from you, we will count on you in all weather and conditions, prepare the food and keep the beds free!
In case of:
- No show without cancellation
- late cancellation
- fewer people than reserved
- postponement not reported or delayed
... Glecksteinhut is entitled to invoice the booked equivalent.
